  • to discuss the implications for students, lecturers and librarians, of enhancing and increasing the use of learning resources
  • to explore how students use resources in learning
  • to identify what support students need in order to use learning resources effectively
  • to consider some institutional issues affecting the use of learning resources.

Reasons to attend.
The course is designed to help curriculum managers and lecturers to fully exploit the range of learning resources becoming available to them. It will also be useful to college librarians considering how to support curriculum delivery more effectively, including the deployment of electronic resources.
