Reasons to attend.
Young people have many demands made on them as they cope with their adolescence. Many of their issues are manifest when they enter the more adult environment of a college. However, for many staff, knowing what to do to deal with behaviour they may not have encountered before can be daunting.
This course is suitable for staff at all levels in colleges with full-time students in the 16 to 19 age range and for those dealing with the 14+ student.
