Reasons to attend.
All managers and leaders, regardless of their experience, need ideas
and support to manage their team successfully. This course provides
a strategy for the development of a successful team and uses a ‘workbook
process’ to enable participants to identify and address their
own areas of concern and development.
The course can also be offered in-college and / or be followed
up by other external courses or through individual in-college support.
In due course it is expected that this course will be related to
NVQ 5 units.
Delegates are asked to bring along with them a copy of their college’s
strategic objectives and those for their department (where available)
