Reasons to attend.
For managers working in rapidly changing environments, where there is a constant need to respond to new challenges. This course enables participants to explore the meaning of creativity for them, to reflect on their existing ways of responding to situations - their own creative style - and to explore new ways of viewing problems. The assumption is that everyone has capacity to be creative and that this may take different forms. This course is designed for middle and senior managers in 16+ and adult education faced with the day to day challenge of a rapidly changing environment - managers who want not just to look at new ways of responding to those challenges and but take some time out to test new skills. Participants will be expected to take an active part in the day.
