Reasons to attend.
Inspection is not, nor should it be, about catching people unawares and looking to exploit weaknesses; it is about working with staff to strengthen teaching, learning and management. Inspection is, in particular, about encouraging the improvement of quality and standards and assisting the development or improvement of systems and practices to maximise their effectiveness for the benefit of learners. This course is designed for governors and managers and anybody who wishes to improve their own systems and practices to support effective learning.
